But as soon as we entered the room, we did not know there were a regulation that you cant wear shoes in the house as there is no sign about it but often we took off shoes at home too but as we just arrive to the house and took a step in. We arrived and the host did not help us bring our luggage up. We traveled with a tour guide company arranged but this is the firstime they tried out this place. Travel two single moms with 3 kids (14-11-11), well behaved kids. We had decide to live right away after checking. Our tour guid had a talk to the guy about the not cool attitute with customer who is woman & kids, the return is that our tour guid and driver had is that he souting and said" i dont care, you can live if you dont follow the rules". But after that we found out that guy is the owner of the place. We had said to the man that we just arrived and we need to catch our breath.Was shocking the guy was so mean and answer back "this is the rules here, you can live if you are not happy" we are totally shock by the man attitute but do appolozise and though that we will make a complaining later on as it just the place staff.
